I was born in 1972 as younger sibling of two brothers. After getting my early education from one of the renowned school named Gulistan Shah Abdul Latif School in Karachi, I did my MBBS from Sind Medical College, Karachi. I opted for M.Phil in Pharmacology from one of the highly prestigious post graduate institute known by the name of Basic Medical Sciences Institute, an integral part of one of Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, Karachi which is one of the biggest tertiary care hospital in Karachi. With the thirst to further extend my qualification, I did PhD Pharmacology from Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Karachi, Pakistan. I have been part of different National & International Medical Institutes. I worked as Assistant professor in King Khalid University for about 9 years. Before joining University of Lahore, I was working in Ras-ul-Khaima Medical & Health Sciences University in the capacity of Chairperson Department of Pharmacology. I have more than 100 citations for some of my published research work.
