Biography
Ms. Amna Ali completed her MS degree in Management sciences from UCP Business School in 2013 with specialization in OB and HRM. She has done MBA Finance from Agriculture University, Faisalabad in 2010. Her area of research is Organizational Identification and Self-Concept Orientations. She got the opportunity to adopt the prestigious teaching profession in 2014, when she joined Lahore Business School at The University of Lahore. Her teaching expertise includes: Introduction to Business, Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior and CSR & Business Ethics. She has supervised numerous thesis related to OB and HRM. She has Data Analysis expertise through SPSS, AMOS, Structure Equation Modelling(SEM) and PLS.
