Biography

Dr. Ahsan Ali Ashraf is a distinguished academic and seasoned researcher with over 12 years of experience in the field of Business Administration. His academic journey began after gaining valuable industry experience at Servis Shoes (Servis Sales Corporation) in Lahore, Pakistan, where he developed a deep understanding of corporate practices. He then transitioned into academia, holding significant academic leadership positions, including Assistant Professor at Lahore Leads University’s Department of Business Administration and Head of the Business Administration Department at both the University of Sialkot and the National College of Business Administration and Economics (NCBA&E) in Lahore.

Currently, Dr. Ashraf serves as an Associate Professor at Lahore Business School, University of Lahore. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and specializes in critical areas such as Workplace Bullying, Job Stress, Organizational Behavior, and Green Human Resource Management. His research interests extend to Total Quality Management, Knowledge Management, Corporate Culture, and the intricate relationship between firm strategy and performance.

Dr. Ashraf’s extensive portfolio of research has been widely recognized and published in both national and international platforms. He is known for his ability to translate complex academic concepts into real-world solutions, and his expertise has been shared through presentations at renowned academic conferences. His dedication to teaching and mentoring has earned him multiple awards, and he remains a thought leader, continuously contributing to the academic and professional growth of business management through his research, teaching, and community involvement. Dr. Ashraf is committed to advancing knowledge in his field and inspiring the next generation of business leaders.
