Mr. Ishfaq Ahmad is a highly accomplished professional with over twenty years of experience in academia and industry. His diverse background includes extensive work in education, industrial and educational quality assurance auditing, and consultancy, enriched by multicultural exposure. His research work has been published in well-recognized journals. He has been the lead accreditation expert for NAVTTC and the official industrial trainer for NPO (a sister organization of the Ministry of Industry Pakistan). He has been involved in TVET standards development, implementation, and monitoring. He has also been involved in the review of apprenticeship law (2018) in Pakistan.
He has acquired interdisciplinary qualifications in quality engineering, operations management, IT, data analytics, and mathematics. He is foreign qualified from Germany in AI field. He holds international certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (USA), TRIZ (Innovation Theory) (USA), ORACLE 8 (USA), and ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 22001) (USA). Additionally, he has been trained in Organizational Excellence (Japan), and has completed specialized courses from IBM, Google, Microsoft, Rutgers University (USA), and UCI University (USA) in Data Analytics, AI, Supply Chain Optimization, and Generative AI. Furthermore, he is pursuing his PhD in Quality and Business Mgt. from Malaysia.
His expertise includes quality and process improvement and optimization, ISO standards implementation and evaluation, data-driven decision-making using AI and data mining techniques, and internal auditing. He is a trainer for Advanced Excel, Advanced Quality Tools in Business, ISO 9001:2015 and 14001, Project Management through Primavera, Data Mining Methods in Business, Tableau for Dashboards, TORA for Business Simulations, Optimization with LP, Weka for Data Mining and Decision Making, Data Visualization and Presentation, and Supply Chain Analytics.
