Biography

Muhammad Zeeshan Gul completed Doctorate of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics from University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan in 2022. M.Z. Gul has published 20 research papers which have been cited more than 170 times by national and international researchers (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=Ub7F7aQAAAAJ&hl=en).  According to the Thomson Reuters 2021 Journal Citation Reports released in 2022, the cumulative impact factor of his research articles is 45, the h-index of his scientific research papers is 8 and the i10-index is 6.  M.Z. Gul worked as a Research Assistant to Prof. Dr. Muhammad Sharif (Former Dean of Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore) in the Department of Mathematics.  He has completed a research project funded by the Pakistan Academy of Sciences during his Ph.D. research work.

Areas of Research: General Relativity, Astrophysics and Cosmic Mathematics.

Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Lahore.
