Dr. Muhammad Ali Mohsin received his Ph.D in Chemistry from Norwegian
University of Science & Technology (NTNU), Trondheim, Norway in 2012 and
later joined University of Gujarat, Pakistan as Assistant Professor. In 2015,
he was awarded postdoctoral fellowship to join Shenyang National Laboratory for
Materials Science (SYNL), Institute of Metal Research (IMR), Chinese Academy of
Sciences (CAS), Shenyang, China. In 2018, he joined Department of Chemistry,
The University of Lahore, Sargodha Campus, as Assistant Professor.
mimicking of the suitable surface to perform sensing is one task but to further
modulate the sensing system which could also assist in therapeutics is
considered the next generation of sensing systems. Such highly tailor-made
sensor designs are crucial to the efficient healthcare management and can
provide the much needed assistance in diagnostics and control of various
diseases. In this context, he has gained experience in the surface modification
for the chemical sensor application and apply such sensory system which not
only provide the means of early disease diagnostics but also assist in curing. His research interests focus on
material surface modification for chemical sensor applications.
