Biography:


Faiza Anum is an educationist, poet and occasional translator. Currently, she works as a lecturer at the Department of English Language and Literature, the University of Lahore, Lahore, Pakistan. Her research interests include: Deleuzo-Guattarian Studies, The Politics of Subjectivity, Postcolonial Studies, and Pakistani English-Language Poetry. She has published poems in various international magazines and journals, including Transnational Literature (Flinders University, Australia), Illumen (Alban Lake Publications, USA), The Lake (UK), Open Road Review (India), Yellow Chair Review, Antinarrative Poetry Journal, Cadence (2018 poetry anthology of clarendon house books), and Stoneboat Literary Journal (USA). Her poem “Travelling Tales” was one of the finalists for Open Road Review Poetry Prize in 2015.
