·         Exploration and utilization of alternative clean energy sources, i.e., solar, wind, bio, Geo, and fuel cells to serve the society and humanity

·         Energy-efficient systems, Clean energy based HVAC systems, Smart distributed Grid-systems.

·         Experimental, analytical and numerical investigations of clean energy electric and thermal power systems.

·         Solid surfaces and Fluid interactions CFD simulations/analysis

·         Designing, development/fabrication and testing/instrumentation of clean energy systems prototypes.

        • Developed numerical model of residential solar collectors: Thermal conditions were studied numerically using the Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) and Large Eddy Simulation (LES) modeling approach. Radiation exchange between the surfaces of the solar collector was modeled using the Discrete Ordinate Radiation Model.
